Through a blend of intuitive coaching, nervous system healing and energy work our sessions are uniquely led by what you need in the now moment. This may include deep conversation, somatic awareness, energetic clearing or various quantum healing modalities. 
 

My gift is in guiding you towards self-sourcing and reconnecting you with your own inner authority, so that you no longer feel dependant on external answers.
